Ordering transcripts
(UC and Cal State do not require a transcript to be sent with the initial college application)
NOTE: These instructions pertain to current ANHS students only. Past graduates, please click here for instructions.
Unofficial Transcript: This is a copy of your transcript—no fee required. This transcript is not stamped, sealed or certified. You may request a copy of your unofficial transcript from the Guidance clerk. Sign up on Transcript request clipboard in Guidance. Pick up next day.
Official Transcript: This is a copy of your transcript for which you will be charged a fee of $10 per transcript This transcript is stamped, signed and certified by the registrar or by docufide. See below for instructions.
If you are applying to college and need an official transcript(s) attached to a secondary school report or counselor recommendation form or scholarship application:
□ Complete the Transcript Request Form available in the Guidance Office or online
□ Enter Number of transcripts and Advisor’s Name under “Please send transcripts to”
(Example: 2 copies to Mrs. Hecht for Secondary School Report/Counselor
Recommendation form; 1 copy to Mrs. Hecht for Local Scholarship appl.)
□ Make two (2) copies of the completed form.
□ Submit one (1) copy of the form with payment to Guidance Clerk. Allow one week for
processing
□ Transcript will be given to your Academic Advisor to attach to the Secondary School
Report
If you are applying to a college and need an official transcript sent:
FROM Aliso Niguel HS DIRECTLY to the college(s)
□ Click on Transcript Request
□ Follow links and instructions to order and submit payment for transcripts via Docufide
□ Transcript will be submitted electronically to the college. Allow one week for processing
If you are applying to college using the Online Common Application and need an official transcript to be sent (uploaded) to online Common Application website
□ Click on Transcript Request
□ Follow links and instructions to order and submit payment for transcripts via Docufide
□ Be sure to select the college then confirm that you need it sent to the common application
by submitting your common application ID number
□ One fee of $10 will be charged for a transcript to be sent to the common application
website.
□ Your transcript will be submitted electronically to ALL common application colleges on your list.
