In collaboration with San Diego & Imperial County Cal-SOAP <http://www.sandiegocalsoap.com/star/events.php?eventid=163> , CSU San Marcos will host a Cash for College Workshop on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This FREE event provides students and their families an opportunity for hands-on assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the March 2nd priority date. Twin Oaks Valley Road <http://www.csusm.edu/guide/> San Marcos, CA 92096 Every January and February students and families are able to attend FREE "Cash for College <http://www.californiacashforcollege.org/> " workshops across California for help in submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). CSU San Marcos is pleased to be hosting an event for the third year in a row. During the event, we will have Financial Aid Advisors and other professionals available to answer questions, and computers for every family. Our Financial Aid & Scholarship Office is making every effort to assist our local area high school college-bound seniors and transfer students to meet the March 2nd Cal Grant and FAFSA priority filing date. Complimentary parking will be available. Your students are very important to CSU San Marcos!
